The number of treatments required varies between products. Typically a course of 2-3 treatments. 1-4 weeks apart are required. Results typically last for 6-9 months.
A further session may be recommended after approximately 6 months to prolong the effect.

There’s no downtime. It’s advisable to not do any strenuous physical activity, avoid make-up and saunas/steam rooms for 2 hours AFTER treatment. Where possible avoid taking any anti-inflammatory drugs, aspirin or alcohol for 24 hours BEFORE treatment.
